Abandoned Sanctuary

Abandoned Sanctuary Photo by Brandilyn Kultys (April 6, 2016)

This church has seen many different things happen inside of it. It has seen weddings and funerals, all over a long time. When you look at the outside you see all different bricks laying against each other; they have no particular pattern but they catch the eye. The whole building represents how things have changed in Wilkes-Barre over the years. The church looks like a traditional gothic church with its arched windows and stained glass windows. It’s clearly old and has seen more than anyone could ever know. There are secrets within its walls and its dark appearance gives off an air of mystery that draws me to it.
