When you turn into the Boscov’s parking lot—on South Franklin Street—you can see St. Steven’s Episcopal Church on the very left-hand side. As you graduate up the parking lot levels, you notice the view the church at every level. Once you get to the top of the lot, Boscov’s ends, but the church does not. In fact, St. Steven’s continues in its structure into a high tower. This tower is a very tall giant, lurking over Wilkes-Barre City.
