Most people wouldn’t associate beauty with the Wilkes-Barre City skyline; however, if you have the chance, take a moment to see the view on top of the Boscov’s parking lot—you’ll change your mind in an instant. On a good spring day, you get an exclusive view of Wilkes-Barre. In the distance, you will see the Osterhout Free Library. Towards the left, there’s the outline of WBRE’S news station. Turn around and you will see buildings upon buildings. Look around and you will notice that the top of the parking lot gives off an urban feel, almost as if you are transported into an urban city.
